National Probate Services & Estate Administration
National Probate Services & Estate Administration provides the lawful framework for managing and distributing a deceased person’s estate under national law. This includes validating last wills and testaments, appointing personal representatives, paying debts, and ensuring assets are distributed to rightful estate.
Find Forms
Probate case forms can be found on the official court website, typically under National Probate Forms and Documents.
Start a Probate Case
To start a probate case, a personal representative must file a petition with the National Clerk of Courts in the Province State where the deceased domiciled. The petition initiates the lawful process to validate the last will and testament, appoint a personal representative, and manage the distribution of the estate.
